Golden Light Yoga classes are small; students get a lot of personal attention.   The studio atmosphere is total acceptance and comfort; we give detail instructions on how to be in perfect alignment with yoga positions.   We provide the inspiration needed for you to achieve greater lightness, enjoyment and endurance in all yoga positions.

New students get 20% off for the first 3 drop-in classes. Price per class $12.50 (usual price $17)
New students get 20% off your first session 6 consecutive weeks: $72 a session (usual  $90.)
Current students: bring a new student to a class, your guest will have a free first class, and you will have one free class added to your session.
You need to notify me at (781) 449-2396, when you are planning to come, so it will be a space available for you in the class.

Price: a  session is 6 consecutive weeks of classes  $90 per session.  If you take a session payment and miss a class, you can make it up during this session.

Breathwork sessions
 
 Breathwork is a private or small group session to help you activate energy and to help you trust the natural expression of what arises from the wisdom of your own body. The breathwork is also known as conscious, circular breathing.  The length of a session is 1.5 hours. If you want to know more about it go to Leonard Orr site. He developed a nationally and internationally famous breathwork practice known as "Rebirthing".
 
 
5 Tibetan Rites 

 Read the book  “The Ancient Secret of the Fountain of Youth”  for detail knowledge and inspiration. 
Potential Benefits of the Five Rites
